It was a hot summer day in July of 2017, and Juliana and Max were both attending "The Mustache Bar Crawl" in Wrigleyville with friends. While enjoying some beers at the bar "Country Club," Juliana went to the bathroom. Upon returning, a guy was standing next to her beer chatting it up with her friends. This was Max, and he proceeded to introduce himself. Their friend groups mingled, and before Max left he made sure to have Juliana "fill out a survey" which was getting her number. Juliana returned to ISU to finish Undergrad soon after, and they went on their first official date in February of 2018. On Juliana's birthday, April 7th, 2023, Max got down on one knee and asked her to marry him. We are so excited to celebrate with you all!
